Try avoiding fatty, greasy, and spicy food🍕🍔, it causes your stomach to bloat and promote vomiting. Drink plenty of water, vomiting causes water and electrolyte loss, leads to muscle weakness and fatigue👎.
Drinking hot beverages🍵 can reduce nausea and bloated stomach. Early morning try nibbling dried crackers before you get up.
Avoid big meals at a time. Eat small portion of food every few hours will help reducing nausea. You can try eating healthy snacks such as cashews, and berries. I avoid eating food that contain yeast, and take wholegrain bread🍞 instead. Avoid nauseating smells, like the smell of cooking🍳, unpleasant or pungent odour. Make sure you have plenty of air, keep the windows open for fresh air🌸.
Next chapter we will be tackling fatigue👍
